Passport submission via courier:

Once you receive notification from the Government of Canada requesting your passport, you can courier the passport to the Canada Visa Application Centre. With your passport, make sure you include:

1. Send application to: Canada Visa Application Centre.Warsaw Trade Tower. Chlodna Street 51, 22nd Floor, Warsaw, Poland. 00-867.
2. The passport request letter you received from IRCC
3. A copy of biometrics sticker, if applicable
4. Your contact information, including your email, phone number and return address
5. The Visa Application Centre consent form – there should be one consent formper application 
6. Two photos 3.5 cm / 4.5 cm if you don’t have valid passport
7. To send-in your passport, you can use your own courier, like DHL, UPS, DPD or Polish state postage services.

Return of decision envelopes to applicants via courier:

If you want your decision-envelope be returned to you via courier, you will have to pay for One-Way Courier Service (per package) offered by the VAC. The cost of this service is 112.50PLN. Please note that this service is provided only within Poland. If you are currently in Ukraine, then, you will need to have a person with the address in Poland and authorize that person to accept the passport on your behalf.

Pay the courier fees via bank transfer payable to:

“VFS Global Poland sp. z o.o.” and attach the payment confirmation when submitting your passport. Here are the details for bank transfer:

Passport submission in person at the Canada Visa Application Centre:

Once you receive notification from the Government of Canada requesting your passport or foil-less visa, you are required to register online to book an appointment at our Canada Visa Application Centre. An appointment is mandatory to submit your passport. With your passport, make sure you include:

1. The passport request letter you received from IRCC
2. Confirmation of the appointment
3. The Visa Application Centre consent form – There should be one consent formper application.
4. 2 photos 3.5 cm / 4.5 cm if you don’t have valid passport.

Please note that an emergency appointment is no longer available in our Visa Application Centre until further notice.
